Design coordination, buildability review, procurement and a construction programme agreed before anyone starts on site.

Groundworks, substructure, frame, envelope and fit-out run as one coordinated programme, not trades arriving when they can.

Inspected as it goes
Quality checked stage by stage against the drawings and specification, so defects are caught while they are simple to put right.

Tested and handed over
Services tested and commissioned, snagging closed out and the home handed over properly.
