Extensions
Chiltern delivers side, rear, wraparound and other residential extensions, from groundworks through to final decoration. Where required, we get involved before construction begins, working with architects, structural engineers, planning and other technical consultants, then coordinate the complete construction package on site.

Where needed, we coordinate architects, structural engineers, planning and technical consultants so the design is buildable and costed.

Temporary works, foundations and drainage set out, installed and inspected properly.

Structure and envelope
Masonry, structural steelwork, roofing, windows and doors, with the existing house protected throughout.

Finishes and handover
Services, internal finishes, snagging and a proper handover.
